Stephen M. Weisner, D.M.D.

Dr. Stephen M. Weisner is Board Certified in Orthodontics and a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics. Fewer than 25% of all orthodontists meet the rigorous testing requirements of the American Board of Orthodontics to receive this distinction. Dr. Weisner stays current with the latest technological advances in his field by regularly attending continuing education courses and seminars. Dr. Weisner has been designated a Preferred Provider of Invisalign® due to his extensive experience with the Invisalign appliance. He is active in the American Association of Orthodontists, Northeastern Society of Orthodontists, American Dental Association, and the Massachusetts Dental Society. In 2002, he was selected by his peers to serve as chairman of the Merrimack Valley District Dental Society.

Dr. Weisner is originally from Queens, New York. He earned his Doctorate of Medical Dentistry from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. Following graduation, he was accepted to the prestigious University of Pennsylvania Postdoctoral Orthodontic Program. After receiving his graduate degree in Orthodontics, Dr. Weisner relocated to North Andover, MA, where he opened offices in Methuen and North Andover. Committed to dental education, Dr. Weisner has instructed in orthodontics at the Harvard School of Dental Medicine Division of Postdoctoral Orthodontics. By incorporating state-of-the-art technology in his practice, Dr. Weisner's innovative case treatments have been published in the Journal of Clinical Orthodontics and the Massachusetts Dental Journal. He has been selected as a case reviewer by the World Federation of Orthodontists and invited to present his work at an international symposium in China.

Dr. Weisner and his wife Maureen reside in Andover. They have two grown children, Adrienne and Michael who he enjoyed coaching in youth soccer and basketball. He currently maintains his connection to sports through running, tennis and golf. Taking his running to the next level, Dr. Weisner most recently trained for and completed a 26-mile marathon. An avid reader, Dr. Weisner also enjoys traveling, skiing and spending time with his family.

Adrienne Weisner, D.M.D.

Dr. Adrienne Weisner grew up in Andover, MA, graduated from Brooks School and received her Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from Vassar College. She continued her education at Harvard School of Dental Medicine, earning a Doctor of Medical Dentistry before completing her formal Orthodontic training at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. Raised in a family of dental specialists, Dr. Adrienne is proud to carry on the tradition with her father, Dr. Stephen Weisner. Her extensive training and commitment to providing quality orthodontic results in a comfortable environment ensures that the patient's care is always Dr. Adrienne's top priority. Additionally, Dr. Adrienne believes that lifelong learning is essential and she stays current with the latest advancements in the field of orthodontics through continuing education courses and study clubs. She was recently elected by her peers to serve as chairman of the Merrimack Valley District Dental Society. In her leisure time, she enjoys dancing, skiing, hiking, swimming, cooking, gardening, reading and traveling.
